Gölles premium bitter, 30 vol.%, 0.7l

Green walnuts, roots, and herbs from local gardens make our Edelbitter a unique drinking experience. From the very first sip, the delightful bitter notes of gentian root, centaury, and bloodroot tickle the tip of the tongue. What follows is a herbal, almost medicinally rounded touch of around fifteen local herbs. The finish is characterized by one thing above all: the wonderful richness of the walnut. Brewed according to an old family recipe, it can be seen as Styria's answer to the Italian amaro. Whether neat, on the rocks, with a dash of lemon, or even as a smart long drink or cocktail, this Edelbitter is definitely a valuable addition to any drinks menu.
