Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial Rose Champagne 75cl

Ice Impérial Rosé by Moët & Chandon is the first and only Rosé champagne specially created to be served on the rocks. Its dosage is 38 g/litre. The blend magnifies the unique features of each of the three Champagne grape varieties. The Pinot Noir (45 to 55%) combines aromatic intensity with a beautiful structure, the Pinot Meunier (35 to 45%) seduces by its roundness, its amplitude and its richness and lastly the Chardonnay (5 to 10%) provides acidity, precision and refreshing notes to the finish. This blend is completed by 20 to 30% reserve wines to refine the intensity, richness and consistency of this Rosé Champagne. Colour: Brilliant, the colour is a deep pink with subtle golden highlights. Nose: The nose blends aromas of red fruits (Morello cherries, cranberries) and juicy fruits (figs, nectarines) with notes of grenadine syrup. Palate: On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, mellow and firm, and the sugar of the red fruits melts away. Moët & Chandon's Ice Impérial Rosé is harmonious, being both fresh and fruity. The freshness continues on the finish with a hint of pink grapefruit.
