Wiener Backstüberl, Sissi-Törtchen 150g

Enchanted by the beauty of our Empress Sisi, our Viennese pastry chef decided to erect a monument in her honor. The secret meetings of the two behind the heavy doors of the palace inspired him to create a masterpiece made of marzipan sand mass with violet-cassis filling and white Viennese icing. A delight that now perfectly embodies the unrequited love for his empress. In remembrance of a secret liaison and the unfulfilled dream of our Empress Sisi
