Nature and Time. Dreissigacker wines are definitely not "everybody's darling". They polarize and thus have a large fan base. They do not conform to any pattern, cliché or any other stereotype, but are deliberately independent, unadulterated and uniquely vinified wines. That is why we have made it our business to transport our soils and sites in particular as close to nature and as gently as possible into the bottle. Sustainability, closeness to nature and ultimately time is what makes our wines.
