Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs is a wine with a unique texture that cannot be described in traditional oenological terms. A champagne that triggers all the senses and especially the sense of touch. Throughout this cuvée, two of the house's areas of expertise meet: the production of good wines and the art of blending a wide selection of chardonnay wines from different vintages and terroirs. Cuvée Brut is an emblematic champagne of several vintages made from a blend of more than 100 crus from the 3 grape varieties of Champagne. TASTE: EYES: pale, crystalline gold with the typical glints of the Chardonnay variety. NOSE: the aromas of ripe Chardonnay can be recognized at first: white peach, candied citrus with notes of honeysuckle and fresh hazelnut, giving way to subtle hints of mandarin and lemon. MOUTH: freshness and tightness characterize this typical generosity of Charles: the attack is clean and straightforward, not aggressive with a surprising mildness for a Blanc de Blancs and emblematic of the aging of wines in two thousand-year-old chalk cellars.
