Klimt was engrossed in creating the Punschkrapferl for the Viennese confectioner when he learned that Mozart had an audience with Empress Sisi. Swiftly, he made his way to the palace and promptly stumbled into the audience. And there it was. The meeting of the "Best of Vienna". A fascinating fusion of history and culture. And thus, this special moment, enriching Vienna's history, became a unique delight of culinary pleasures!
