Created exclusively for those who love to travel, bringing our powerful character of smoke, salt and sweetness from our home on Islay, to the whole world. It is the unmistakable taste of Laphroaig, but with extra depth from some extra years of aging in our signature casks. Laphroaig 12 is matured in selected ex-Bourbon casks of American oak for 12 years before being bottled at 46% ABV. We have not chill-filtered or added color. Perfect for curious characters who want to experience a classic Islay Single Malt with a little more depth. Served straight, with ice, or a dash of water to open up the notes of apple sauce, honey and seaweed. Smoky and salty with a surprising sweetness.
