Initiate a return

1. Open the concierge contact page

   Choose “Order & checkout support”, and include your order ID + email.

2. Choose pickup or drop-off. We support DHL, UPS, PostNL, and FedEx.
3. Download the prepaid label plus digital customs declaration.

Eligibility

• Products must be unopened with original seal unless damaged on arrival.
• Spirits above 60% ABV and personalized goods qualify for exchange credit only.
• Manufacturing defects are covered by our 2-year warranty.

Refund timeline

We issue refunds to the original payment method within 24 hours of carrier pickup scan. Depending on your bank it may take 2-5 business days to appear.
