1. Scope

These terms govern the SkyBuyFly web storefront, ordering assistant, and Altitude Rewards program.

2. Pricing & accuracy

All prices include duties and VAT unless explicitly marked. We reserve the right to cancel orders caused by data errors, though we rarely do—our crawler audits every feed.

3. Payment

Payments are processed through PCI DSS Level 1 partners (Adyen & Stripe). Funds captured only when inventory is confirmed. PSD2 SCA is enforced for EU cards.

4. Liability

SkyBuyFly is not liable for delays caused by customs or airline schedule changes but we will coordinate re-routing or lounge pick-up alternatives.
