The Macallan Harmony 4 Guardian Oak Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 44.2% 0.7L

The Macallan and Cirque du Soleil have combined their crafts to present this enchanting addition to the Harmony Collection, and to tell our oak story in an imaginative, visual and innovative way. This release features characters from the Cirque du Soleil SPIRIT Experience, as they venture deep into the majestic natural landscapes of the realm, and through a series of encounters with fantastical folkloric figures. The spirit, created by the Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, is matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned European oak casks and refill sherry casks carefully selected to deliver the classic European oak flavours of dried fruits and sweet spices.

The Collection is a celebration of The Macallan's commitment to Natural Colour and Sherry Seasoning. The oak casks used for The Macallan Colour Collection 12 Years Old are seasoned with sherry wine from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. The youngest whisky in the Collection and the age statement with the lightest Natural Colour, this exceptional single malt exhibits a golden oak hue, with tasting notes of sweet oak, lemon and vanilla.

Macallan Rare Cask Black Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky 48% 0.7L gift pack

A Macallan with a surprisingly distinctive attitude, Rare Cask Black is a whisky unlike any other Macallan today. This is a darkly, smoky and unexpected Macallan crafted by creativity, innovation and experimentation at The Macallan distillery. Less than 100 casks maturing at The Macallan distillery have contributed to the creation of this out of character smoky whisky. Drawn from 100% sherry seasoned casks, built from Spanish and American oak. The majority of these, over 50%, are first fill.
