Jameson Caskmates was born from the collaboration between Jameson and a local Brewery near Cork. Jameson triple distilled whiskey is aged in craft IPA-seasoned oak barrels and while the signature smoothness is very much intact, notes of hops, citrus and floral confirm the IPA influence. IPA Edition is a head-turning, modern Irish whiskey. Like all the best conversations, the one between Jameson's Head of Whiskey Science and the Head Brewer of a local craft beer brewery, started at the bar. A swapping of whiskey and beer barrels soon after, resulted in Jameson Caskmates Series with the IPA and Stout Edition. Jameson whiskey, triple-distilled, which has been patiently finished in Irish craft beer-seasoned barrels. Nose: Floral, herbal hops, grapefruit citrus notes with subtle orchard fruits, complemented by wood shavings and a little nuttiness. Taste: Hops and light citrus with sweet herbal notes and delicate spicy tones. Finish: The lingering fresh fruit and hops give way to grains of barley and a signature smooth finish.

Matured in a combination of American oak, sherry casks, and double charred bourbon barrels, Jameson Black Barrel is a blend of special small batch grain and traditional Irish pot still whiskeys. Time spent maturing in these barrels lends this whiskey intensified notes of vanilla sweetness and caramel, alongside toasted wood, fruit and warm spice, an embellished finish to our triple distilled smoothness.
