Engine Pure Organic Gin 1l

Engine is a premium italian organic gin that embodies the spirit of Italian innovation and artisanal excellence. Distilled in small batches by master distillers in the picturesque Alta Langa region of northwestern Italy, Engine is a product of precision, passion, and purity. Every bottle is filled and labeled by hand, reflecting a commitment to craftsmanship that goes beyond the liquid itself. What truly sets Engine apart is its disruptive and unforgettable packaging. Housed in vintage-style fuel cans, the design pays tribute to the adrenaline-fueled world of motorsports and the rebellious energy of the 1970s and 1980s. This bold aesthetic is more than a visual statement—it’s a celebration of speed, freedom, and individuality, making Engine not just a gin, but a lifestyle icon. Founded in 2019 in Barbaresco, a Unesco World Heritage village nestled in the heart of Piedmont, Engine was born from a desire to merge Italy’s rich cultural heritage with a modern, edgy sensibility. The brand’s roots lie in the tradition of rosolios and cordials—herbal liqueurs that were historically used as digestive aids and mood enhancers. These ancient remedies, once staples of Italian households, serve as the inspiration for Engine’s botanical blend and storytelling approach. Engine Gin is crafted exclusively from 100% organic Italian botanicals, each carefully selected for its sensory qualities and regional significance. The supply chain is tightly controlled to ensure traceability, sustainability, and authenticity. This dedication to purity and provenance is evident in every sip. At the heart of Engine’s flavor profile is Tuscan juniper, which delivers a crisp, balsamic freshness that defines the gin’s structure. Complementing this are Sicilian lemon peels, which add a vibrant citrus note that brightens the palate. Piedmont sage, often referred to as the “queen of the formula,” contributes a slightly bitter herbal character that anchors the blend in local tradition. Calabrian licorice root introduces a smooth, earthy depth, while Damask rose from Piedmont lends a delicate floral aroma that elevates the overall complexity. The base spirit is made from Italian wheat alcohol, and the gin is blended with pristine spring water sourced from the Alps, ensuring a clean and balanced finish. The distillation process uses traditional copper pot stills and vacuum techniques to preserve the integrity of the botanicals, resulting in a gin that is both aromatic and refined.
