Connemara

Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey 70cl

Inspired by Ireland's ancient distilling traditions of drying malt barley over peat fires, Connemara is Ireland's only peated single malt. Its smooth sweet taste and complex peat flavours make it a truly unique Irish whiskey. Nose: A light and fruity nose with a distinct smoky and peat aroma. Palate: Silky smooth and honey sweet start, malts and fruits giving way to the intensifying full bodied peat. Complex yet balanced with vanilla oak tones. Finish:Golden honey notes followed by an extraordinary peat explosion-spreading across the mouth and palate. Awards Gold Medal, International Wine & Spirit Competition 2013 93/100, Excellent, Highly Recommended, Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2013 Gold Medal, San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2011
