Moà«t Grand Vintage 2009 is made with 50% of Pinot Noir, 36% of Chardonnay and 14% of Meunier. ON THE EYES Pale bright yellow, green reflections, a fine, persistent bead. ON THE NOSE Gentle and comforting, initial nuances of harvest notes and notes of callisson and vanilla gradually expand into darker, toastier notes of grilled sesame seeds, roasted almonds and mocha. The floral scent of roses and peonies rounds out an ensemble of radiance and delicacy. ON THE PALATE Notes of honey and mild spices, is underscored by a stimulating nuance of pink grapefruit. Subsequently, the silky fluid texture becomes evident; the controlled power of the Pinot Noir, with notes of honey and mild spices, is underscored by a stimulating nuance of pink grapefruit. Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial Rose Champagne 75cl

Ice Impérial Rosé by Moët & Chandon is the first and only Rosé champagne specially created to be served on the rocks. Its dosage is 38 g/litre. The blend magnifies the unique features of each of the three Champagne grape varieties. The Pinot Noir (45 to 55%) combines aromatic intensity with a beautiful structure, the Pinot Meunier (35 to 45%) seduces by its roundness, its amplitude and its richness and lastly the Chardonnay (5 to 10%) provides acidity, precision and refreshing notes to the finish. This blend is completed by 20 to 30% reserve wines to refine the intensity, richness and consistency of this Rosé Champagne. Colour: Brilliant, the colour is a deep pink with subtle golden highlights. Nose: The nose blends aromas of red fruits (Morello cherries, cranberries) and juicy fruits (figs, nectarines) with notes of grenadine syrup. Palate: On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, mellow and firm, and the sugar of the red fruits melts away. Moët & Chandon's Ice Impérial Rosé is harmonious, being both fresh and fruity. The freshness continues on the finish with a hint of pink grapefruit.
