Our signature blended Irish Whisky is aged for 5 long years in handpicked, 1st fill, ex-bourbon barrels which add a delicate, subtle sweetness to the whisky and also provide a deep oak woodiness and light char to the finish. Tasting Notes Nose: Light citrus notes, peppered spice and vanilla undertones. Taste: Stone fruits, butterscotch and vanilla sweetness from bourbon casks, white pepper followed by an oak woodiness. Finish: Sweet, spice, oak, with lingering ripe fruits. ABV: 42%

Sherry Finish 5 Year Old Irish Whisky 70cl

McConnell’s Sherry Cask Finish is aged for 5 years in 1st fill select Bourbon barrels. It is then finished in the finest Oloroso Sherry Casks which bring out rich aromas of dried figs, dark chocolate and lingering spice. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered.
